Controller and purposes

PEP's Swiss SA, Bellevue 7, 2950 Courgenay, CH; privacy contact: contact@moneasypro.ch. We process data to open and secure your account, perform requested accounting functions, manage subscriptions and provide support. You need the necessary authorisation for data in your mandates.

Data processed

Email, supplied name, account and subscription identifiers; mandates, bank statements, IBANs, entries, supporting documents and invoices; approvals, audit records and technical security data. Passwords and tokens are stored as hashes. Passkeys use public keys; biometric data stays on your device.

Recipients and countries

Infomaniak (Switzerland) hosts the application, database and email. Authorised support staff access information needed for your request. Integrations transfer the relevant mandate data to the application you connect.

Anthropic receives transaction descriptions, direction and amounts, the chart of accounts and relevant prior classifications. Its stated storage location is the United States; processing can also occur in countries on its official list: United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Switzerland, France, Japan, Germany, South Korea and Australia. Classification therefore does not occur exclusively in Switzerland.

Stripe receives your email, subscription identifiers and amount and data entered on its payment page. We receive payment status and identifiers, not your full card number. Its policy describes processing in the US, EU and India. Provider processing agreements describe transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses adapted for Switzerland. Retention and cookies

Account and mandate data is retained during use; request closure or deletion from support. Accounting books and records covered by Article 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations must be retained for ten years from the end of the financial year. This duty can limit deletion. The mep_session cookie expires after one hour; the theme preference may last one year. They support sign-in and display.
